１９５０年代に販売されていたグリルカーバッジになります。
形状は楕円のタイプと丸型のタイプがございます。
楕円タイプのサイズは１０ｃｍ×６ｃｍになります。
丸型タイプのサイズは直径８～９ｃｍになります。
サイズはメーカーによって若干異なります。
バッジは金属板がプレスされて製造されたバッジになります。厚さは５～１０ｍｍ程度です。（メーカーによって若干異なります）。
各社のマークが立体的に製作されており、上部に２つの小さな穴が空けられております。
ここにボルトを通して固定したり、ワイヤーを通してグリルに固定して使用したと聞いております。
バッジの下部には、「ＥＮＧＬＡＮＤ」、「ＦＲＡＮＣＥ」、「ＩＴＡＬＹ」などの国名や車名が書かれております。
当時の有名な自動車メーカー３１社のカーバッジが発売されていたようです。
当時のパッケージの写真を３枚目に紹介させて頂きました。
この厚紙の袋に入って販売されていたと聞いております。
（残念ながら、写真３枚目のパッケージは今回の出品物には含みません。）
 
今から５０年以上も昔のバッジなのですが、油紙に包まれて保存状態が良かったのか、目立つような錆びや割れなど無く、その年代を考えると抜群に良いコンディションだと思います。
バッジによっては、ピカピカの商品もございます。（個体差がありますので、必ず添付写真にて良くご確認下さい。）
 
また、このバッジは１９５０年当時の各社のマークを知ることが出来ます。
現在とかなり違ったマークのメーカーもあります。
そのような自動車の歴史に触れることができることも、このバッジの特徴かも知れません。
 
今回、特別に数種類を入手しました。
