Additional Services

* Checking the item for compliance with the description, functionality:  1000 yen
* Fulfilling customer requests for handling the item:  1000 yen
* Photographing the item (general and detailed photos):  1000 yen
* Repacking the item/packing according to the customer's individual wishes:  1000 - 2000 yen
* Requesting additional information about items in online stores, from suppliers and manufacturers*:  500 yen/request
* Bids cannot be canceled, so we recommend requesting all necessary additional information before placing a bid.

Blocking

When you place a bid, an insurance deposit will be blocked on your account.

The blocked amount equals: bid + ¥1300 (our commission).
