新たに購入したい研究資料（骨董品）の資金調達のため、今回は特別に即決価格にて出品いたします。

江戸後期〜明治時代にかけて作られたと思われる、極めて希少な木目模様の「矢立（携帯用筆記具）」です。
貴重なオリジナルの「筆」と「紙切り（小刀）」が揃った完品となります。

素銅、赤銅、白銅などを基調とした地金に、美しい木目模様が施され、さらに笹（竹）の精緻な象嵌があしらわれています。矢立の裏側には「順」の打ち出しサイン（刻印）がございます。

【付属品（紙切り・小刀）について】
刃の部分は鉄製で錆が見られますが、メモ用紙程度なら切れる状態です。柄と刃は分解可能です。柄の部分は磁石に反応せず、四分一のような渋い緑系の色合いをしており、「六」の切りつけ銘がございます。

【状態・材質に関する重要事項】
・100年以上前のアンティーク品につき、経年によるスレや緑青（サビ）が見られます。墨壺には当時の墨と海綿が入ったままの状態です。
・画像6枚目や先端部分の画像のように、表面の木目模様の一部に塗装の剥がれ（またはメッキの擦れ）のような箇所が見られます。そのため、複数の金属を重ね合わせた「木目金（積層金属）」なのか、金属の上に精巧な木目模様を施した「木目塗り・木目張り（表面処理）」なのかは当方では断定しておりません。
・金色部分には金メッキが使用されている可能性がございます。

Rare Antique Japanese Mokume-style Yatate(Portable Inkhorn) with Original Brush & Paper Knife

This is a highly rare and collectible antique Japanese "Yatate" (portable writing set used by Samurai and travelers) from the late Edo to Meiji period.
It comes complete with its original brush and a small paper knife (the knife handle has an engraved mark "六" and the blade is iron). The back of the Yatate has a maker's mark "順".

The body features a beautiful wood-grain pattern (Mokume style) with elegant bamboo inlay work.

[Condition & Material Note]

In great antique condition with natural patina and verdigris. The ink pot still contains the original ink and sponge.

Please note: As seen in photo 6 and the tip of the case, there are small areas where the surface pattern appears to be peeling or rubbed, revealing the base metal. Therefore, we cannot guarantee if this is true "Mokume-gane" (layered forged mixed metals) or a highly sophisticated "Mokume-nuri/plating" (surface treatment painted/plated to look like wood grain).
