・当時物をダンボールに１年分まとめて３０年間保管してましたので、型崩れや折れ曲がりはありません。
・表紙は、とても綺麗ですが、左下に若干の折れがあります。『⑧』
・裏表紙は、基本的に綺麗ですが、右上部と上端部下に少しシミがあります。『⑥』
・背表紙は、色あせナシで とても綺麗ですが、背折れが４本あり、反りがあります。『⑦』
・小口は、上・下・縦 全て とても綺麗です。『⑧・⑨・⑩』
・カラーページは、とても綺麗ですが、右側に波があります。『⑥』
・本編ページは とても綺麗です。『⑨』

・個人的な見解ですが、経過年数と上記を総合しての状態は、10段階評価で『⑧』程度の『状態が良い』と判断します。
・コレクション向きの美品として、自信をもって出品します。
