朝採り当日に下処理をして、一晩流水でアク抜きをして瓶詰めにしました。
塩漬けではありませんので、開封後、直ぐに調理にお使いいただけます。

真空状態にしてありますので、開封しなければ冷暗所で1年程保存できます。
蓋を開ける時は、蓋に1-2ヶ所穴をあけると開けやすいです。
使いきれない時は、タッパーなどにたっぷりの水を張って、たけのこを入れて冷蔵庫へ。
2-3日毎に水を取り替えると暫く大丈夫です。

おでん、煮物、炊き込みご飯、混ぜご飯、茶碗蒸し、汁物、中華料理など、色々なお料理にお使いいただけます。 "
