霊芝とはマンネンタケ科のキノコです。肉質はコルク質様で表面はニスがかけられた様な光沢があります。別名万年茸と呼ばれており、中国では約2000年前から不老長寿の薬とされてきました。
天然の霊芝は山地の樹木や切り株などに自生している大変希少なキノコです。発芽率が大変低い為なかなか見つけることが難しく、特定地域にしか自生しない為、貴重で最上の健康補助食品として重宝され続けています。
その中でも「黒霊芝」はカエデ科の樹木だけに自生する霊芝で人口的な栽培をすることができません。古代中国では皇帝の飲みものとされる霊芝の中でも、黒霊芝は苦味が少なく飲みやすいため特に最上品として献上されていました。
本製品は中国チベット高原で自生していた黒霊芝を出来る限りの格安で提供しております。飲みやすく健康維持が出来ると好評な製品です。
━━ 霊芝の煎じ方 ━━
●ほうろうのヤカンに水1.8リットル・霊芝30ｇを入れて、沸騰させる。
●沸騰したら弱火にし、水が半分になるまで煎じる。
●汁のみを取り出す（一回煎じといいます）
●残りの霊芝に水1リットルを入れ、一回目と同じ用に水が半分になる
まで煎じる（二回煎じといいます）
●一回煎じ・二回煎じを混ぜ合わせ、これを3日間で飲みます。
※冷たいままで飲むよりは、少しぬるめにしてお飲みいただくほうが効果的です。 "
