三種類出品させていただいるうちの「塩味」です(*^o^*)
たまたま業者さんがサンプルで持ってきてくれたのを家でたべたら美味しかったので出品させていただきます。
大きくて肉厚なんですが、焼くとめっちゃ柔らかくなります(*^ー^)ノ
採れたての真イカを開き塩で仕上げています。
味はついていますのでシンプルにただ焼いて醤油や一味唐辛子を混ぜたマヨネーズなどをつけてお召し上がり下さい。
ご飯のおかずやお酒のおつまみに最高ですよ(*^o^*)
