・魚を原料とする吸収性の高いコラーゲンをフィッシュコラーゲンと呼びます

・中でもウロコを原料とする脂質の少ないコラーゲンをスカールコラーゲンといいます


・スカールコラーゲンの良い点はそのままに、


・ウロコから非化学処理で純度の高いコラーゲンを抽出する

・抽出したコラーゲンを低分子化する


・平均分子量が2000～3000で他のコラーゲンに比べて、消化・吸収が極めて素早く行われます
